Scheduled to open in 2025, Cheval Maison – Expo City Dubai will occupy the repurposed Leadership Pavilion building, offering a prime location within the city center. Residents can choose from 150 stylish one and two-bedroom apartments, all featuring kitchens and balconies for added convenience. The property will boast a range of first-class amenities, including a well-equipped gym, a rooftop pool perfect for relaxation, and versatile event spaces.
This exciting project underscores Expo City Dubai’s commitment to providing diverse accommodation options to cater to a wide range of visitors and residents.
