MAG has revealed its strategic move towards expansion in Switzerland, unveiling a $212 million residential project named Stabio Garden Living by Keturah. Comprising 180 units distributed across 14 buildings, the development is a collaborative effort between MAG and A++ Group, a distinguished real estate design and development company. Embracing the innovative Bio Living concept, the project is valued at AED781 million and is slated for completion in 2026.
The Bio Living approach integrates nature into the built environment, aiming to enhance the well-being of occupants on physical, mental, and emotional levels. Stabio Garden Living by Keturah will offer an array of modern amenities, including a fitness area, kids’ play zone, co-working space, and bicycle storage. Striking a harmonious balance between functionality and aesthetics, the project’s apartments are designed to provide exceptional living spaces. Notably, the development holds the prestigious Minergie construction certification, aligning with the Swiss standard for comfort and efficiency.
Marking its international debut, MAG’s expansion into the Swiss market is a collaborative effort with A++ Group, showcasing the Keturah brand.
