A Dubai developer has unveiled a project with a Mediterranean theme, encompassing wellness and relaxation features like beauty hills, a honey bar, volcanic stone park, flamenco stage, and olive tree garden. DAMAC Properties in Dubai has declared the launch of its initial apartment complex within its upcoming master community, DAMAC Lagoons.
DAMAC Lagoon Views will provide one- and two-bedroom apartments along with various amenities aligning with the community’s Mediterranean ambiance. The project includes relaxation and recreational experiences such as beauty hills, where individuals can relax on mini mounts of green spaces, and a honey bar offering wellness products.
Additionally, the development incorporates strategically placed hammocks over the lagoons, an outdoor spa, and an aqua boho lounge. An olive tree garden serves as an ideal wedding venue, nestled in a cozy event space, and at the community’s heart, a Flamenco Gardens concert stage.
Distinguishing the project are an aqua opera school pavilion and a volcanic stone park. Other features include a beach club, glow lounge, board games pavilion, and a dedicated kids area. The gastronomy hub features various F&B experiences, including a tapas lounge, pool bar, and a sunset beach bar.
In keeping with the water theme of DAMAC Lagoons, the new project boasts a Lagoon Rain Party Zone and a unique aquatic party venue. For fitness enthusiasts, Lagoon Views offers an aqua gym with a running track.
